Raghu Nagarajan is a former banker who started his professional journey in 1988 with State Bank of India. He later joined ICICI Bank at its start-up stage in 1994 and worked there till the end of 2010. Then after a brief contractual stint of 2.50 years with the erstwhile The Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd, from July 2013 onwards, Raghu has been a freelance consultant and trainer in the BFSI sector.

In this long professional journey, Raghu has been a Corporate Banker, International Banker, Retail Banker, Commercial Banker, Investment Banker and Corporate Trainer.

B&F SkillDesk started in July 2017.  Till March 2025, B&F SkillDesk has delivered 400 + training programs for 50 + banks, non-bank finance companies, housing finance companies, and financial institutions in India, Sri Lanka, and Mauritius. 10,000+ working professionals in the BFSI sector have benefitted from these training programs.

Raghu is a post-graduate in Mathematics and Computer Science. He holds a master's degree in mathematics with specialisation in Numerical Analysis and a post-graduate diploma in Computer Science from Nagpur University.
